All sales are FINAL, no exceptions. We will only EXCHANGE, if Elvn Beaute made a mistake with your order (i.e. received the wrong length or texture). But nevertheless, do not hesitate to contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
If the item is removed from its original bundle packaging and used in any visible way, all exchanges are null and voided. To inquire about exchanges, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product by email. After 24 hours of receiving your package we will no longer be able to honor an exchange.
Lost/Damage Package
Elvn Beaute is NOT responsible for any damaged, delayed or lost packages once it is in the possession of the shipping courier.This includes but not limited to lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Please double check your shipping address before checking out. If you do not receive your order after the delivery date window, we will do our best to assist you in getting the issue resolved with the carrier.
Shipping Delays
We will not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier. Please be sure to make arrangements/hair appointments after receiving your items. As much as we would love to serve everyone, we cannot.If you are impatient or in a time crunch we urge you to shop elsewhere.
